Drilling Into Your Data
By ZohaibA report is only as useful as your ability to check its work. Every number in Net Income and Net Worth is really just a sum of transactions, and Fyscal lets you get from the summary straight down to that underlying list without leaving Reports.
How to drill in
Click any category row in the Net Income table, any account row in the Net Worth table, or any node in the Sankey diagram or segment in the donut chart. Each of these opens a transaction list scoped to exactly that category or account, for exactly the date range you had selected.
What's inside the drill-down view
This isn't a stripped-down preview, it's a fully working transaction list with its own search box, its own filters (transaction type, merchant, account, amount range, attachments), its own sorting, and its own pagination. You can investigate as deeply as you need without feeling boxed in.
Getting back to your report
A Back control returns you to the report exactly where you left it, same date range, same filters, same view, so drilling in for a quick check never costs you your place.
Where this isn't available yet
Custom Reports don't support drill-down yet since that tab is still in Beta, rows there aren't clickable. If you need to investigate a specific number from a custom report, cross-reference it against Net Income, Net Worth, or the Transactions page directly.
Tip: Drilling in is usually the fastest way to answer 'why does this number look like that' without switching over to the Transactions page and rebuilding the same filters by hand.
