Filtering, Bulk Actions & Importing
By ZohaibOnce you have more than a handful of transactions, filtering and bulk actions are what keep the list manageable instead of turning into an endless scroll.
Filtering and search
- Date range presets, or a custom range
- Transaction type, merchant, category, or account
- Amount range
- Attachments (has or none)
- Free-text search across description and notes
Grouping and pagination
Transactions are grouped visually by date, with a header row per day that includes its own select-all checkbox, so you can select and act on an entire day's transactions in one click. Pagination with an adjustable rows-per-page keeps long lists from all loading at once.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows to categorize, rename a merchant, export to CSV, undo, or delete them all at once, rather than repeating the same action one row at a time.
Columns and sorting
Show or hide columns from the Columns dropdown, and click any column header to sort by it. Your column preferences are remembered the next time you open the page.
Exporting
Selected transactions can be exported to a CSV file, useful for sharing with an accountant or backing up a period before making bulk changes.
Tip: Getting transactions into Fyscal in the first place, via bank sync or file import, is covered in Importing & Bank Sync.
